Cones set up from light standard (near supt's parking space) to the island directly across to prevent anyone from exiting A Street or entering the remainder of the DO parking lot
Close Irving Place gate at 4:00 (all employee vehicles are able to exit this gate when closed)
Assign volunteers at the A Street and Van Buren Place gates to prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering and for "kid control"
Assign security guard to work the event from start to finish
